Reminder for anyone going camping this weekend, Friday night June 1st meet at 
St.John's Lutheran Church parking lot at 6:30 pm.
 
Our Advancement Chair who works with both the troop committee and me (as 
Scoutmaster) needs to handle all advancement information, patches etc. All Forms 
including merit badge counselor forms or other applications for awards, 
patches, etc. should go through Rich Beem _Rbeem@phillyburgs.com_

Trip Coordinator is Wendi Mershon, Tour permits, forms, drivers info and 
attendance for trips should be given to Wendi for the troop records.

There will also be an opportunity for service time for a celebration of Flag 
Day, The Elks of Falls are having a celebration I will provided addtional 
details but I believe the time is 2 pm on Sun. June 10. I have also heard of a few 
other opportunities of this type and will forward when I have exact details.
The Elks Lodge is located on Bridge St. Morrisville across from Snipes Golf 
course.
