Hi everyone

1.  MISSING ITEM:
     Christian Smith has lost his Scout Book. It has the official black/red 
BSA cover    
     on it.  Please check your bags and your books to see if you have it by 
mistake 
     and let me know if you have it and cannot make it to the meeting 
tonight.  

2.  Banquet committee meeting for those parents who signed up is at 7PM.   

3.  VISITORS: We have Webelos Scouts visiting from Pack 95 and we need Scout 
to 
     help teach the skills, knots, compass, tracking, etc. Uniform review is 
still taking   
     place so look sharp at the meeting.

4. KLONDIKE DERBY is this SATURDAY.  
    The boys reviewed some of the items that they might need to bring for the 
sled but       
    did not take responsibility until this weeks meeting. The few that will 
not be able to  
    attend Tues. meeting will watch for an e-mail to tell them what needs to 
go with 
    the sled.
 
    The Klondike runs at Tyler Park from 10 am until 4 PM. In order to make 
sure they 
    have everything they need everyone should meet at the church at 8:45 am 
on 
    SATURDAY.
   Anyone helping with stations will need to get to Tyler Park at 9AM to make 
sure  
   they get the station they want to run or at least a choice (not left 
overs)
   HELP is needed both on the Boy Scout side (9AM to 5PM) and the Webelos 
side    
   (9AM to 1PM) of the Klondike.
 
   Items needed for the Klondike Sled the following items need to be brought 
by the      
   Scouts in the patrol:
   Uniforms are not required, dressing properly, layer for the weather don't 
forget   
   gloves and hats.
 
 First Aid Kit
 Patrol Flag - ( Patrol Name for the Klondike)
 Compass
 Flashlight or signal mirror
 One gallon (minimum) drinking water
 Writing paper and pencils
 One blanket
 One plastic ground cloth 6' x 6'
 Tinder, kindling and fuel for one fire
 Matches
 Trash bags
 Boy Scout Handbook
 Bow saw with blade cover
 Hand ax with cover
 Pocket knife
 No sneakers allowed. Must be boots or hiking shoes.

 Troop 210 will provide the following
 Eight (8 ) five foot staves
 Spool of twine for lashing (100 feet)
 String (50' )
 50' of 1/2" hemp or sisal rope (no plastic)
 Eight (8 ) pieces of 1/4" rope 8' long
 One Sled for patrol
 REMINDER the goal is to earn points at each station and to have FUN.....
