Tues. Jan. 30th - Troop meeting will cover Klondike preparations, materials 
to take, what to wear - remember no sneakers, transportation and what help 
Troop 210 will be providing the District (lots of opportunities here)
Richie Beem has agreed to act as the guide for the Hydra patrol, adults can 
not help the scout.
Each Scout will agree to bring an item with them on Saturday to put on the 
sled.
These items may be:
    First aid kit(small one),    Compass,    Flashlight or signaling mirror,  
   writing paper & pencils    
one gallon minimum of drinking water (don't forget individual water bottles) 
, one old blanket, spool of twine for lashings,    one plastic ground cloth 6 
x 6, Trash bags, Boy Scout Hand book,  bow saw with blade cover, hand ax with 
cover, pocket knife, matches,(some dryer lint for fire building) kindling and 
other small pieces of wood for fire building, Patrol flag - materials will be 
available at the meeting to complete. 
Anyone you know who would like to visit the Klondike Derby it is being held 
in Tyler Park by the boat house. Please let me know if you have any questions 
before Tuesday.
Need transportation information to complete tour permit to go to council.
