Please remember that in order to receive the discounted rate of  $263.00, you 
must pay in full by February 24,  2007.  After this date, the rate increases 
to $279.30.  If  you have paid a $25.00 deposit, the remaining balance must 
also be paid to  receive the discounted rate.
