Attention Troop 210: Updated information for Ten Mile River:
 
-All scouts who will be attending Ten Mile River must pay a $25.00 deposit  
no later than March 20, 2007.  The camp requires this  deposit for each scout 
by March 31, 2007.  We need ample to time compile  and mail the necessary 
information to camp.  Please make sure all deposits  are received by the above date.
 
-Remaining balances for camp are due by May 31,  2007.  Your total due is the 
cost of camp minus your  deposit.  In most cases this is 270.00-25.00= 
$245.00 due.  After this  date, the rate increases to $300.00.  Please make sure you 
pay your balance  before this date.
 
-HEALTH FORMS:  The standard Class 3 medical form  cannot be used for Ten 
Mile River.  Greater New York  Councils has a supplemental form that accompanies 
the normal Class 3 form.   We have these forms and will be distributing them 
shortly.  In addition,  New York State requires camps to keep a record of all 
campers' Meningitis  Vaccinations.  Parents must fill out an additional form 
that you receive  with the health form.  If your child has the vaccination, you 
will note  that on the form and sign it.  If your child does not have the 
vaccination  and will not be receiving it, you will note that on the form  and 
sign it.  Scouts cannot attend camp if this form is not filled  out!
